Tenant find only: £195 (Inc VAT)

Includes:

  • Provide tenant with details of Landlord
  • Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)
  • Advise on non-resident tax status and HMRC (if relevant)

Let only: £480 (Inc VAT)

Includes:

  • Collect and remit initial months’ rent received
  • Provide tenant with details of Landlord
  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
  • Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant
  • Advise on non-resident tax status and HMRC (if relevant)

Accompanied Viewings £15 (inc VAT)

Fully managed: 10%  (Inc VAT)

Includes:

  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
  • Deduct commission and other works
  • Undertake two inspection visits per annum and notify landlord of the outcome
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
  • Hold keys throughout the tenancy term
  • Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)
  • Advise on non-resident tax status and HMRC (if relevant)

ADDITIONAL NON-OPTIONAL FEES AND CHARGES (IRRESPECTIVE OF LEVEL OF SERVICE):

Setup Fee: £250 (inc VAT)

  • Agree the market rent and find a tenant in accordance with the landlord guidelines;• Advise on refurbishment • Provide guidance on compliance with statutory provisions and letting consents • Carry out accompanied viewings (as appropriate ) Let Only £15 per visit
  • Market the property and advertise on relevant portals • Erect board outside property in accordance with Town and Country Planning Act 1990

Inventory Fee £150 (inc VAT) up to 3 bedroom + £15 per additional bedroom, Boiler Instructions £15 (inc VAT), Keys Cut £15(inc VAT) plus cost of keys, Rent Increases £36 (inc VAT), Emergency call out £60(inc VAT), Smoke detector check on day of move in £20 (inc VAT), Withdrawal fee £250 (inc VAT), Overseeing renovations 10% of final bill, additional inspection £36(inc VAT). Move out fee £60 (inc VAT) Renewal Fee £80 (inc VAT) Section 21 & 8 £60 (inc VAT), Court Attendance £250 (inc VAT) per hour

  • Contract negotiation, amending and updating terms and arranging a further tenancy and agreement
